Neat, period- and/or darker-blue-coloured- and/or simulated-leather-based, so-called protective-cover (ie. 'Hülle') as was intended for storage of a Third Reich-period: 'Reisepass' (or: identity-document ie. passport)

This is an attractive example of a darker-blue-coloured- and/or simulated-leather-based, so-called protective-cover (ie. 'Hülle') as was intended for storage of a Third Reich-period: 'Reisepass' (or: identity-document ie. passport) and that comes in an overall nice- (ie. moderately used- albeit still fully functional- and complete), condition. The neat piece - which is made-out of blue-coloured- and/or typical, simulated-leather-based carton measures (folded) 18 x 12 cms.: it shows the embossed (golden-toned) wording that simply reads: 'Deutsches Reich - Reisepass' coupled with a detailed illustration of an eagle-device (as can be seen on the pictures). The cover is a tiny bit stained ie. dusty caused by decades of storage and moderate wear. These neat little covers could be acquired by the general public in specialised-shops and/or WH-canteens and were a much favoured personal-accesory. Simply a neat TR-related-item that comes not that often for sale!
