Neatly enamelled, TR-period membership-badge (ie. 'Mitgliedsabzeichen des Reichskolonialbundes o. R.K.B.') being a clearly maker- (ie. 'S'-) marked- and/or: 22-mm.-sized example that shows a: 'Ges.Gesch.'-patent-pending-designation
This particular, neatly enamelled- and/or shield-shaped membership-badge (ie. 'Mitgliedsabzeichen') was intended to signify membership within the so-called: 'Reichskolonialbundes o. R.K.B.' and measures only 22 mm. in height (as can be seen on the pictures). The badge - that comes mounted onto its functional, long-sized pin - comes in an overall very nice and I deem only slightly used- ie. worn, condition: the white-, black- and/or bright-red-coloured- (and neatly enamelled) surface shows no enamel damage whatsoever and has been nicely preserved. The badge shows a clear 'Ges.Gesch.'-patent-pending-designation (and: 'S'-logo-) on its back as is more often seen (see pictures). An identical piece is also figured in the 'Heering-Hüsken'-lapel-pin-catalogue wherein it is given a unique reference-number (ie. '4711A') and an estimated value of 35 Eu. Simply an attractive and neatly enamelled 'RKB-Mitgliedsabzeichen' that is accordingly priced!
