This is an attractive - and I deem just minimally used ie. worn - example of a so-called: 'Treuedienst Ehrenzeichen 2. Klasse' (or: silver-class, loyal-service-medal for 25 yrs. of loyal civil-service) being a non-maker-marked example that comes mounted onto its original ribbon (ie. 'Bandabschnitt') and that comes as issued and/or recently found. The medal is a truly attractive piece that retains all of its period, bright-silver-coloured- and/or fairly 'frosted' finish: it also retains most (ie. all!) of its 'off-factory applied': so-called: 'hochpolierte Kanten' (or: polished sides) but is just a tiny bit stained (it has never been cleaned). It comes mounted onto its cornflower-blue-coloured ribbon (that still shows its silver-toned 'clip' attached intended to wear the award on a tunic or suit) as to be expected. The medal has never been cleaned and has an immaculate (ie. fully undamaged!) enamelled swastika(area) as can be noticed on the pictures. Simply an attractive example that will be hard to be upgraded!
