Attractive - and actually scarcely encountered! - OT- (ie. 'Organisation Todt'-) related, so-called: 'M43-pattern'-cap-trapezoid (ie. The neat - and with certainty not that often-seen! - piece was intended for usage on the various greenish-/brown-coloured, so-called: 'M43-pattern' (OT- ie. 'Organisation Todt'-) field-caps and comes in an overall nice condition, overall. The piece was most certainly once cap-attached and comes in a carefully pre-folded- and/or cap-removed condition (as can be seen on the pictures). This example just shows some minimal staining simply caused by years of storage and moderate wear (it was as stated above once cap-attached and does show some stitching-holes ie. remains). Simply a very attractive 'Organisation Todt'-related and/or typical trapezoid-shaped cap-badge (ie. 'Mützentrapez') that can easily be used to restore any greenish-/brown-coloured 'OT-Einheitsmütze' or that is ideally fitted to be stored in any insignia-collection: I deem that I have priced this attractive specimen accordingly!
