Superb - albeit regrettably single! - WH (Heeres) neatly 'cyphered', officers'-type dual-piped shoulderboard as was intended for a: 'Leutnant der Reserve einer Kraftfahr-Kampftruppen-Versuchsabteilungs'

This is a very attractive - and truly very rarely found albeit regrettably single! - neatly 'cyphered', officers'-type (and dual-piped!) shoulderboard having the bright-pink-coloured branchcolour as was intended for a: 'Leutnant der Reserve einer Kraftfahr-Kampftruppen-Versuchsabteilungs' (or: reserve-lieutnant who served within a specific motorised-vehicle- ie. tank-related test-unit) and that comes in an overall very nice- (albeit I deem minimally used ie. worn- and/or I deem carefully tunic-removed-), condition. The shoulderboard which is approximately 11,6 cms. sized in length and that is (dual)piped in the neat bright-pink- (ie. 'rosaroter'-) coloured branchcolour and has the typical dove-grey-coloured 'underlay' as to be expected. The piece shows a neat (bright golden-coloured, 'Buntmetall'-based, Gothic-styled- and/or: regular-sized) so-called: 'V'-cypher (ie. 'Ziffer') period-attached denoting that the strap was intended for a junior-reserve officer who held the rank of: 'Leutnant der Res.'. The (rare!) device shows some regular age and/or minimal tarnish. The strap never had a tongue attached (it is a specimen of the 'sew-in'-type) and does show some minimal age-, wear and/or staining (as can be seen on the pictures). The piece - that shows some minimal moth-damage on the pink piping - was never before in collectors'-hands and was recently found as such. Simply a very attractive - and extremely rarely seen! - 'Heeres' officer-type shoulderstrap that belonged to a: 'Leutnant der Reserve einer Kraftfahr-Kampftruppen-Versuchsabteilungs': too bad that it is only a single example!
