This is an attractive - and actually not that easily encountered! - customs-related visor-cap-cocarde (ie. 'Mützenkokarde des Reichsfinanzverwaltung- o. Zollgrenzschutz') being a detailed- (and clearly worn!) mukti-piece-constructed example that is executed in aluminium-based metal and that comes in a clearly used- and/or (I deem) cap-removed, condition. The cocarde has truly great pronounced detail and naturally retains both its three, golden-toned (ie. copper-based) pins ie. prongs (which were once bent but which are still functional). The non-maker-marked piece has most certainly never been cleaned nor polished and has a fairly bright- and/or shiny 'age-patina' (still showing some polished parts as to be expected). Simply a nice and attractive 'Zoll'-related item that is actually not that often encountered: I deem that I have priced this neat item accordingly!
