I recently uncovered a period 'bundle' containing twenty, superb and/or fully matching (thus left- and right sided!) and nowadays hard to find, pairs of WH (Heeres) mid- (ie. later-) war-period collar-tabs or: 'Einheitskragenspiegel' being all of the desirable 'generic-type' to be used by all branches of the 'Deutsche Wehrmacht', all twenty pairs coming in an overall very nice (ie. 'virtually mint- ie. unissued'-) condition. The neat - and/or 'all-linnen'-based - tabs are 'piped' in the darker-green coloured (ie. generic!) branchcolour having a darker-green coloured centre-stripe and were as such intended for usage by the ('Heeres') soldiers within all branches of the 'Deutsche Wehrmacht'. These collar-tabs were directly applied onto the collar without using a dark-green, woolen-based 'underlay'. As stated above, are the sets fully unconfectioned and/or 'virtually mint' and simply cannot be upgraded (they are just a tiny bit 'wrinkled'): they originate from the left-overs of an old tailor-shop in Germany. My asking-price is naturally per matching set ie. pair. These sets are great to complete any tunic or to be simply stored in any insignia-collection. It has been some time ago that I did encounter that many pairs of these desirable collar-tabs and I am convinced they will not last long on the web-site: I deem that they are accordingly priced!
