Attractive - fully matching and scarcely encountered! - pair of WH (Luftwaffe) NCO-type shoulderboards as was intended for a medium-ranked, administrative-official (ie. NCO) having the rank of: 'Unterfeldwebel' (ie.: 'Beambter des mittleren Dienstes')

The attractive - and actually scarcely encountered! - shoulderboard-pair - which was intended for usage by a medium-ranked, Luftwaffe-related NCO having the comparable rank of: 'Unterfeldwebel' (or: junior-sergeant) - is constructed from the specific, greenish-coloured- and/or: smooth-like- (ie. moleskin-type-) wool and does have the (typical-) bluish-grey- and/or: silver-coloured (twisted) upperdecks as per regulation (as can be seen on the pictures). The boards which are (I deem) only minimally used are void of any pips denoting the NCOs rank of: 'Beambter der Luftwaffe des mittleren Dienstes im Unterfeldwebels-rang'. The boards also show the bright-pink- (ie. 'rosaroter'-) coloured 'Zwischenfarbe' (or: secondary branchcolour) attached, denoting the soldiers- ie. NCOs specific function- and/or tasking. The boards come mounted onto their functional tongues and originated from a private household in Germany: they were never before in collectors-hands. The pair does show some truly minimal age and/or staining caused by moderate wear and/or decades of storage. It should be noted that these Luftwaffe-related, NCO-type shoulderboards as were intended for medium-ranked administrative-officials ie. 'Beambter des mittleren Dienstes im Unterfeldwebelsrang' can easily be graded: 'fairly scarce'. I deem that this attractive pair is accordingly priced!
