Superb - fully matching and actually not that easily found! - pair of WH (Luftwaffe) 'dual-piped', officers'-type collar-tabs as was intended for usage by a: 'Hauptmann der Reserve eines Flieger- o. Fallschirmjäger-Regiments'
The truly attractive pair is piped in the golden-yellow- (ie. 'goldgelbener'-) coloured branchcolour and has a secondary, typical blue- (ie. 'blauer'-) coloured branchcolour attached: as such, the pair was intended for usage by a: 'Hauptmann der Reserve eines Flieger- o. Fallschirm-regiments' (or: reserve-captain who served within a pilot- or paratroopers-regiment ie. unit). The pair was most certainly used- and (I deem) once tunic-attached and does show some obvious usage (as can be seen on the pictures). The collar-tabs - which are constructed from the typical, 'smooth-type' (ie. moleskin-like-) wool - is fully matching and was carefully tunic-removed (as can be seen on the pictures). The tabs show three nicely hand-embroidered wings (ie. 'Schwingen') and oak-leave wreaths denoting the officers'-rank of: 'Hauptmann der Reserve' (ie. reserve-captain). This pair originated from a small lot of various LW-insignia that I recently acquired for the web-site: it should, moreover, be noted that all 'Reserve' LW-collar-tabs are hard to find. Simply a great occasion to acquire an attractive - and scarcely seen! - officers'-type, LW-collar-tab-pair that was intended for a: 'Hauptmann der Reserve eines Flieger- o. Fallschirmjäger.-Regiments'!
