This is an attractive - and in this format unusually seen! - three-pieced, WWI-period medal-bar (ie. 'Feld- o. Bandspange') showing resp. the ribbons for an: 'Eisernes Kreuz II. Klasse' (or: iron cross 2nd class), a rarely seen: WH Memel 'Anschluss'- (ie. occupation-) medal: '22 März 1939' (as was given to all members of the armed forces that participated in the German occupation of the Memelland, which started on 22 March 1939) and a: WH Czech 'Anschluss'- (ie. occupation-) medal: '1 Oktober 1938' (as was given to all members of the armed forces that participated in the German occupation of Czecoslovakia, which started on 1 October 1938) and that comes in an overall nice- (albeit used and/or moderately worn-), condition. The piece - with shows all three bars in the regular-sized (ie. 1,5 cm. wide-) version - is fully functional and comes mounted onto its functional pin- and/or catch set-up: the piece is not 'backed' (but comes mounted onto a metal plate) as is more often seen and does show some (mimimal) age ie. staining. Simply an attractive WWII-period 'Feld- o. Bandspange' in an unusually seen combination: ideal to upgrade or decorate almost any WWII- ie. TR-related tunic!
