The attractive - and with certainty not that often encountered! - shield-shaped badge (ie. 'tinnie' or: 'Veranstaltungsabzeichen') is executed in bright-silver-toned- (and/or I deem tin-based-) metal: it shows some minimal wear and/or minimal age. The badge comes mounted onto its functional pin-/catch set-up and has never been cleaned nor polished: it shows some minimal age ie. staining (as can be seen on the pictures). The 'tinnie' is very detailed and retains all of its typical, fairly 'frosted' silver-coloured finish. The 'tinnie' - which is smaller-sized and has an approximate height of only 3,8 cms. - depicts an infantry-related 'device' coupled with the text: '1809 - 1934 - Jubelfeier Inf.Regt. 125 - Stuttgart - 9./10.6.1934' making this 'tinnie' an example was issued in order to commemorate the 125th aniversary of the existence of the infantry-regiment 125 in the year 1934. Of additional interest is, moreover, the fact that this example shows an impressed makers'-designation on its back that reads: 'Mayer u. Wilhelm' (as can be seen on the pictures). Simply an attractive - and with certainty unusually encountered! - WH (Heeres) related 'tinnie'!
