This is a very attractive - and/or fully matching! - pair of WH (Heeres, Luftwaffe etc.) greenish-brown-coloured- and/or partly leather-based, so-called: 'Gamaschen' (ie. gaithers that were worn in conjuction with the army low-boots ie. 'Halbshuhe') both pieces being neatly maker-marked examples that comes in a very nice- (and simply never used- nor worn- ie. 'virtually mint- ie. unissued'-), condition. Both pieces were never oiled nor greased and have fully present and functional (natural- ie. brown-coloured) leather-based lashes ie. straps. The pieces are void of any damage: even the metal-parts are totally void of any (rust)staining (as can be seen on the pictures). Both gaithers show an identical, square-sized maker-designation-stamp (which is most certainly present but that is hard to decypher as can be noticed on the pictures). Simply an attractive - and actualy in this 'minty- ie. unissued'-condition not that often seen - WH-equipment-item that is according priced!
