Superb - and I deem issued but never used! - WH (Heeres) officers'-type, hand-embroidered breast-eagle (ie. 'Brustadler für Offz.') as was executed in bright-silverish-coloured braid as was intended for usage on the various officers'-pattern tunics

This is a truly attractive - and I deem presumably issued albeit never used- nor tunic-attached - example of a WH (Heeres) officers'-type, hand-embroidered- (and very detailed!) army-type breast-eagle (ie. 'Brustadler für Offiziere des Heeres') being executed in bright-silverish-coloured braid on a darker-green-coloured- and/or 'smooth'-woolen-based background and that comes in an overall very nice- (ie. presumably issued- albeit never used- ie. 'virtually mint'-), condition. This example is 10,8 cms. sized is very nicely hand-embroidered using (bright) silverish-coloured 'braid' on a darker-green-coloured (and/or woolen-based-) background and has some 'highlighted areas' as executed in greenish-coloured thread (as can be seen on the pictures). The eagle - which is void of a makers'-designation as more often and that does show minimal usage and wear as can be noticed on the pictures - shows a black-coloured- and/or thin-shaped- and paper-based 'backing' attached (as can be seen on the pictures). Simply a very attractive example of a WH (Heeres) officers'-type breast-eagle of the 'Extra Qualität' that will be impossible to be upgraded and that is accordingly priced!
