Attractive - albeit regrettably single! - WH (Luftwaffe) officers'-type shoulderboard as (dual)piped in the bright-red-coloured branchcolour as was intended for an: 'Oberleutnant der Reserve eines Flak-Artillerie-Regiments'

The attractive - albeit regrettably single but nevertheless not that easily found! - WH (Luftwaffe) officers'-type shoulderboard is (dual)piped in the neat bright-red- (ie. 'hochroter'-) coloured branchcolour and has the typical dove-grey-coloured 'underlay' and was intended for - and/or with certainty worn by! - an: 'Oberleutnant der Reserve eines Flak-Artillerie-Regiments'
(or: reserve-lieutnant who served within an anti-aircraft-regiment ie. unit) and comes in an overall nice- (albeit moderately used-, worn- and/or: carefully tunic-removed-), condition. The shoulderboard is a 'text-book'-example of a 'Luftwaffe'-type, 'Flak-Artillerie'-shoulderboard and shows the silver-coloured (ie. somewhat 'shiny'-pattern) 'upperdeck' (as can be noticed on the pictures). The board show the bright-red- (ie. 'hochroter'-) coloured branchcolour and has the typical dove-grey-coloured 'underlay' (and was constructed from the typical 'smooth'-type wool as to be expected). The board never had a tongue attached and was clearly used as a board of the 'sew-in-'type (as can be seen on the pictures). It measures approximately 11 cms. in length and was most certainly issued- and/or worn as such and does show some moderate age, wear and/or staining as to be expected. The board has a single (bright-golden-toned, larger-sized) pip period-attached (which device is just minimally stained- ie. tarnished). Simply an attractive shoulderboard that belonged to an: 'Oberleutnant der Reserve eines Flak-Artillerie-Regiments'!
