Fully matching - and actually scarcely encountered! - pair of WH (Luftwaffe) officers'-pattern shoulderboards (ie. 'Schulterstücke') as intended for usage by a: 'Flieger-Hauptingenieur' (being a rank similar to: 'Hauptmann')

This is a truly attractive - fully matching and actually scarcely encountered! - pair of WH (Luftwaffe) officers'-type shoulderboards (ie. 'Schulterstücke für Offiziere des Ingenieurskorps der Luftwaffe') having the typical bright-pink- (ie. 'rosaroter'-) coloured branchcolour and bright-silver-coloured 'upperdecks' as was specifically intended for usage by a: 'Flieger-Hauptingenieur' (being a rank similar to: 'Hauptmann' or: captain) and that comes in overall nice- (and most certainly used- ie. carefully tunic-removed-), condition. The boards measure approximately 11 cms. in length each and show two matching sets of (bright golden-toned, larger-sized- and/or: zinc-based) pips period-attached (as can be seen on the pictures) denoting that the officer who wore this set held the rank of: a: 'Flieger-Hauptingenieur' (being a rank similar to: 'Hauptmann'). The boards - which measure approximately 11 cms. as more often - are executed in the neat smooth-like (ie. 'moleskin'-type) wool and were carefully tunic-removed (as can be seen on the pictures). The pair - that has very bright- and shiny 'upperdecks' as to be expected - shows some minimal age- ie. staining caused by decades of storage only (as can be seen on the pictures). These 'pink-coloured' LW-boards as intended for staffmembers of the 'Ingenieurkorps der Luftwaffe' are quite hard to encounter and can easily be graded 'scarce'. Simply a very attractive shoulderboard-pair that belonged to a: 'Flieger-Hauptingenieur'!
