Attractive - and rarely encountered! - Wehrmacht-related-, bright-green-coloured and/or linnen-based armband entitled: 'Feldgendarmerie' (as was specifically intended for usage by the staff of the notorious 'Feldgendarmerie-Truppen')

This is a truly attractive - and actually rarely encountered! - Wehrmacht-related-, bright-green-coloured- and/or linnen-based armband which is entitled: 'Feldgendarmerie' (as was specifically intended for usage by the staff of the notorious 'Feldgendarmerie-Truppen') being an example that comes in an overall very nice- (ie. only moderately used- ie. worn-), condition. These typical bright-green-coloured- and/or linnen-based armbands were used by the staff-members of the German (army) field-police. The armband on offer is nicely woven in a technique similar to the famous 'BeVo'-weave-technique and measures (folded) approximately 38,5 x 12 cms.: it was just moderately used and does show some age, wear and/or minimal staining. Of additional interest is, moreover, the fact that this example shows a bluish/black-coloured (and early-pattern) ink-stamp (ie. Dienstsiegel) on its outside that simply reads: 'Wehrkreiskommande III' (as can be seen on the pictures). Simply an attractive and with certainly fairly rarely encountered Heeres-related armband: only the third such attractive example I ever had on offer!
