This is an attractive - and/or truly neatly detailed and prounced and truly rarely seen! - example of a hand-embroidered, WH (Kriegsmarine) administrative-officers'- (ie. eventually senior NCO-) type visor-cap-cocarde (ie. 'Schirmmütze-Kokarde für Verwaltungs-Offiziere der Kriegsmarine') as was executed in bright-silver-coloured- and/or: 'braid'-based material as was specifically intended for usage on the various darker-blue-coloured administrative-officers'- (ie. eventually senior NCO-) type KM-visor-caps and that comes in an overall very nice- (I deem minimally used- ie. once visor-cap-attached-), condition. This example - measuring approximately 7,5 x 6 cms. - is nicely hand-embroidered using silver-toned 'braid'-based material on a darker-green-coloured (and/or: woolen-based) background (as can be seen on the pictures). This example was as stated minimally used- ie. worn but is void of any damage: it does show some minimal age and or staining though (as can be seen on the pictures). The cocarde shows a blue-coloured- and/or linnen-based 'backing' as is more often seen. Simply a very attractive - and only moderately used! - example that can naturally easily be re-attached to any 'Kriegsmarine'-visor-cap or to be simply kept in any KM-collection!
