Attractive - and fully matching! - pair of WH (Luftwaffe) neatly 'cyphered', NCO-type shoulderstraps as was intended for usage by a: 'Feldwebel der Flieger- o. Fallschirmjäger u. Mitglied einer LW-Kraftfahrschule'
The truly attractive pair is piped in the golden-yellow- (ie. 'gold-gelbener'-) coloured branchcolour: as such, the pair was intended for usage by a: 'Feldwebel der Flieger- o. Fallschirmjäger u. Mitglied einer LW-Kraftfahrschule' (or: sergeant within a pilot- ie. paratrooper-unit and member ie. possibly trainer within a specific Lufwaffe drivers'-school). The shoulderstraps are in all facets 'text-book'-examples and come in a very nice- and only moderately used condition, overall. The straps measure approximately 11 cms. in length each and come of course mounted onto their functional tongues. The pair shows the neat golden-yellow coloured- and/or 'silk-like'-type piping attached and has the typical, LW-type NCO-braid and a pair of (regular-sized and/or 'Buntmetall'-based) pips attached (denoting the NCOs rank of: 'Feldwebel'). Next to this, they show a matching pair of the neat (silver-toned- and I deem 'Buntmetall'-based- and/or: 'Gothic'-styled) so-called: 'KRS'-cyphers attached. All four devices show some wear and/or age but are nevertheless nicely preserved. The pair shows - as stated above - some regular staining and wear, simply caused by fair usage and/or decades of storage. Of additional interest is, moreover, the fact that this neat pair came with a pair of (detachable) 'pebbled'-style tunic-buttons attached (as can be seen on the pictures). This pair originated from a small lot of 'cyphered' LW-straps and boards that I recently acquired for the web-site: it should, moreover, be noted that all 'cyphered' LW-straps are very hard to find. Simply a great occasion to acquire an attractive - and with certainty rarely seen! - NCO-type, LW-shoulderstrap-pair that was intended for a: 'Feldwebel der Flieger- o. Fallschirmjäger u. Mitglied einer LW-Kraftfahrschule'!
