Single, Waffen-SS NCO-type shoulderstrap as was piped in the golden-yellow-coloured branchcolour as was intended for - and with certainty worn by! - an: 'Unterscharführer der SS-Kavallerie- o. Aufklärungs-Truppen'

The attractive - and actually scarcely encountered albeit regrettably single! - Waffen-SS-type shoulderstrap has the neat golden-yellow- (ie. 'goldgelbener'-) coloured and/or 'silk-like'-type piping attached denoting that it was intended for usage by an: 'SS-Unterscharführer' (ie. junior-sergeant) who served within the: 'Waffen-SS Kavallerie- o. Aufklärungs-Truppen' (ie: SS-cavalry- ie. reconnaisance-troops). The strap (which measures 11,8 cms. in length as is more often encountered) is executed in typical black-coloured wool but shows a bluish-grey-coloured backing (as can be seen on the pictures). It comes mounted on its (early-pattern) tongue and shows the bluish-grey-coloured (ie. truly 'sub-dued') NCO-braid attached denoting the NCOs rank of: 'SS-Unterscharführer'. The piece shows some minimal age, wear and/or minimal staining as to be expected (see pictures). These 'standard'-model, NCO-type shoulderstraps could be used with the regular-style tunics but could naturally also be worn on the specific, black-woolen 'SS-Panzer'-type 'wrap-around'-tunics. Simply very attractive - and of course 100% genuine! - 'Waffen-SS Kavallerie- o. Aufklärungs-Truppen'-related shoulderstrap!
