This is an attractive - and actually never before seen! - WH (Heeres) specific lapel-pin (ie. 'Brosche') as was intended to signify war-blinded staff-members of the 'Deutsche Wehrmacht' (ie. 'Kriegsblinden') being an aluminium-based- and/or clearly maker- (ie. 'L. Leppin Jun.') marked specimen that comes in an overall very nice- (and I deem only minimally used-), condition. The badge - which is executed in aluminium-based metal - comes in a sligthly used- and/or worn condition and still retains all of its golden-yellow- (ie. black-) coloured paint. It shows a clear makers'-designation: 'L. Leppin Jun. - Berlin-N.58' on its back and depicts the 3 black-coloured dots and integrated IC-sign. The nicely preserved badge has an approximated diameter of 4 cms. and comes mounted onto its (functional) and original pin- ie. catch set-up. The 'Brosche' originates from a private-household in Germany and was never before part of a collection. I deem that I have priced this interesting - and with certainty rarely seen! - 'Brosche für Kriegsblinden' accordingly!
