The neat - and fully matching! - WH (Luftwaffe) collar-patch-pair (ie. 'Kragenspiegelsatz') is executed in the white- (ie. 'weisser'-) coloured- and/or smooth- (ie. 'felt-like'-type-) wool and is additionally 'piped' with bright-red- (ie. 'hochroter'-) coloured and/or: woolen-type piping as is more often encountered with these HG-related collar-tabs (as can be seen on the pictures). The patches were clearly worn as such and were IMO carefully tunic-removed: both tabs do show moderate wear and were with certainty worn as such: the red-woolen piping has 'leaked' some colour onto the white-woolen tabs as can be seen on the pictures (something that I have seen more often). Both tabs show two (identical- and/or 'Feinzink'-based-) silver-greyish-coloured gulls ie. wings period-attached and are both nicely 'backed' with the beige-yellow-coloured- (and/or buckram-based-) material as more often encountered. This 'Kragenspiegel'-pair was recently found at a private household in Germany and was (IMO) carefully tunic-removed: some stitching-remains are still present and/or visible (as can be seen on the pictures). It should be noted that these genuine, 'HG-Division'-related LW-collar-tabs can be easily graded 'fairly scarce'!
