Fully matching pair of IMO mid-war-period-, so-called: 'M43'-pattern-, WH (Heeres) NCO-type shoulderstraps, as was intended for usage by an: 'Unteroffizier eines Heeres-Nachrichten-Abteilungs'
The truly attractive - and fully matching! - NCO-type shoulderstrap-pair is piped in the desirable bright-yellow- (ie. 'zitronengelber'-) coloured branchcolour and measures approximately 11,2 cms. in length. The straps have the bright-yellow- (ie. 'zitronengelber'-) coloured- and/or: 'silk-like'-type piping attached (as is more often encountered with these mid-war-period shoulderstrap-pairs) and were intended for usage by an 'Unteroffizier' (ie. junior-sergeant) who served within an army signals-unit (ie. 'Heeres-Nachrichten-Abteilung'). The shoulderstraps - which originate from a private household and that were recently uncovered - are typical 'standard-issued'-examples that have the field-grey-coloured- and/or woolen-based 'upperdecks'. They show the 'standard-pattern'-, silverish-coloured NCO-braid attached and were IMO hardly used nor worn: they do show only minimal wear, age and/or staining (as can be seen on the pictures). The straps come naturally mounted on their functional tongues (as can be seen on the pictures). The shoulderstraps come in a wonderful- and/or totally untouched condition and will be hard to be upgraded. These desirable 'M43'-pattern-, army-signals-related-, NCO-type shoulderstraps as piped in the 'zitronengelber'-coloured branchcolour can easily be graded 'fairly scarce'. Simply a very attractive pair that belonged to an: 'Unteroffizier eines Heeres-Nachrichten-Abteilungs'!
