Neat - albeit regrettably single - WH (Heeres), IMO mid-war period-, so-called: 'M43'-pattern- and neatly 'cyphered', WH (Heeres) NCO-type shoulderstrap, as was intended for usage by an: 'Oberfeldwebel der Sanitätstruppen'
This is a neat - albeit regrettably single - WH (Heeres), IMO mid-war period-, so-called: 'M43'-pattern- and neatly 'cyphered', WH (Heeres) NCO-type shoulderstrap piped in the neat darker-blue- (ie. 'blauer'-) coloured branchcolour, as was intended for usage by an: 'Oberfeldwebel der Sanitätstruppen' (or: medical sergeant first-class) and that comes in an overall nice- (albeit moderately used ie. worn-), condition. The neat strap - which has the 'standard-type'-, field-grey-coloured- and/or woolen-based 'upperdeck' - measures 11,3 cms. in length and has the darker-blue- (ie. 'blauer'-) coloured- and/or: silk-like-type piping, attached. The strap comes mounted on its on its functional tongue and has the 'standard'-pattern- and/or: silver-coloured WH 'Heeres'-type NCO-braid, two silver-coloured ('Buntmetall'-based-) '2'-numerals and two (IMO zinc-based-) pips attached denoting that it once belonged medical-orderly ie. 'Oberfeldwebel' that served in a medical unit that served within the: '22. Infanterie-Division' (as such it deals with a strap that belonged to a so-called: 'Divisionseigener Einheit'). The devices show some moderate wear ie. are somewhat tarnished (as can be seen on the pictures). Simply a neat and attractive NCO-type shoulderstrap that was worn by an: 'Oberfeldwebel der Sanitätstruppen' (who served within the the: '22. Infanterie-Division')!
