Attractive - and unsually encountered! - SS- (ie. Waffen-SS-) related year-book (ie. annual-diary) entitled: 'Der Soldatenfreund - 1944' that comes in an overall nice and/or complete condition

This is an attractive - and actually fairly unsually encountered! - so-called: SS- (ie. Waffen-SS-) related year-book (ie. annual-diary) entitled: 'Der Soldatenfreund - 1944' (and/or: sub-titled: 'Taschenjahrbuch für die Wehrmacht mir Kalenderium für 1944 - Ausgabe D: Waffen-SS') that comes in an overall nice and/or complete, condition. The small-sized- and/or: black-coloured- and/or: linnen-bound (ie. 'hard-covered') book - ie. sized: 12,7 x 8,2 cms. - contains over 300 (!) pages plus 24 illustrated pages ('Tafel') loaded with (very interesting!) information on: insignia- and/or: uniforms: it naturally also contains a (folded) map and full diary (not filled-in!) of the year 1944. The booklet was surely issued but was I deem simply never used: it is void of the rune-signs on its front (which is more often seen on these late-war diaries) but does bear the year-designation (1944) on its side. The title-page shows an inked name: 'SS-Oscha Franz ….' (which is hard to decypher). The booklet - which is a 24th edition as issued in 1944 (1943) - comes truly in a nice (and/or almost undamaged!) condition: just the two first pages do show some minimal usage (as can be seen on the pictures). Simply a very attractive - and in this nicely preserved condition - surely unusual and equally desirable item!
