Superb - albeit regrettably single but nevertheless very rarely encountered! - WH (Heeres) 'tropical' ie. truly 'DAK'-related, NCO-type shoulderstrap, as was intended for an: 'Unteroffizier der Artillerie-Truppen'

This is a truly attractive - albeit regrettably single but nevertheless rarely encountered! - WH (Heeres) 'tropical' ie. truly DAK- (or 'Deutsches Afrikakorps'-) related, NCO-type shoulderstrap, as was piped in the neat bright-red- (ie. 'hochroter'-) coloured branchcolour, as was intended for - and with certainty worn by! - an: 'Unteroffizier der Artillerie-Truppen' (or junior-sergeant who served within an army artillery-regiment), in overall very nice- (albeit moderately used- ie. slightly worn-), condition. The neat shoulderstrap - which measures approximately 11 cms. in length - has the neat bright-red- (ie. 'hochroter'-) coloured and/or desirable 'silk-like'-type piping attached and comes on its functional tongue as issued and/or most certainly worn. The strap is in a fully 'text-book' condition and has a 'earthen-brown'- ie. mustard- coloured and/or linnen-based 'upperdeck'. The board is also 'backed' with field-grey-coloured wool, something that is more often encountered with genuine tropical ie. DAK- (or 'Deutsches Afrikakorps'-) related shoulderstraps. The strap – which shows the mustard-yellow-coloured NCO-braid attached - is IMO only minimally worn (it is just somewhat faded ie. slightly stained caused by regular usage) and is in a truly great condition overall. It has never been cleaned and still shows some dirt ie. staining as caused by years of storage. As most certainly known are most DAK-shoulderboards offered on todays' market copies: this is naturally a fine and 100% genuine, period piece for which I give a life-time garuantee (as always). Simply a superb - and as most certainly known very rarely encountered! - tropical-pattern, 'Artillery'-related NCO-type shoulderstrap: too bad that it is only a single piece!
