  1. Foreign & Eastern Volunteers

This is an attractive - albeit regrettably single but nevertheless scarcely encountered! - 'BeVo'-woven 'Ostvölker'-collar-tab having the golden-yellow- (ie. 'goldgelbener'-) coloured branchcolour, as was intended for an Armenian volunteer within the 'Deutsche Wehrmacht' ie. 'Zugführer' (or: NCO) who served within the 'Armenian Legion', in overall very nice (ie. virtually mint- and/or never tunic-attached-) condition. The tab is nicely (and entirely!) executed in so-called: 'BeVo-weave technique' and is not confectioned nor folded: it comes as just 'cut of the role'. The piece shows the attractive, interwoven 'NCO'-braid, denoting that that it was intended for usage by a non-commisioned officer-rank (ie. 'Zugführer'). It should be noted that these - original - 'official' 'Ostvölker'-collar-tabs as executed in 'BeVo'-type weave (ie. being of German manufacture by the company of 'BeVo') are considered 'fairly rare'. Simply a great occasion to acquire an attractive German produced 'BeVo'-cloth collar-insignia as was intended for an Armenian volunteer ie. 'Zugführer' or NCO who served within the 'Deutsche Wehrmacht': too bad that it concerns a single example!
