  1. Shoulderboards & -straps (pairs)

This is a truly attractive - and as such actually scarcely encountered! - fully matching pair of (typical) later-war-period- (ie. 'M44'-pattern) WH (Heeres) NCO-type shoulderstraps as piped in the neat white- (ie. 'weisser'-) coloured branchcolour as was intended for usage by an: 'Oberfeldwebel eines Infanterie-Regiments' (or: sergeant first-class who served within an infanterie unit ie. regiment) and that comes in an overall very nice- (I deem clearly issued and/or moderately used- ie. worn-), condition. The neat shoulderstraps - which each measure approximately 11,8 cms. in length as more often - come naturally mounted onto their original (and simplified!) tongues (as can be seen on the pictures). The pair was just moderately worn and comes as found and/or stored for decades. The shoulderstraps - which show the neat and desirable, white- (ie. 'weisser'-) coloured and/or typical 'silk-like'-type piping attached - show four (identical and/or aluminium-based) pips and have the silverish-yellow-coloured (ie. somewhat 'sub-dued') NCO-braid period-attached denoting that the NCO who wore these straps held the rank of: 'Oberfeldwebel'. Of addtional interest is, moreover, the fact that this particular pair was constructed from (typical) Italian-styled wool (aka: 'drap Orti'). Simply a very attractive pair of truly later-war-period so-called: 'M44-pattern'-shoulderstraps as was intended for - and clearly worn by! - an: 'Oberfeldwebel eines Infanterie-Regiments': with certainty one of the most attractive 'M44'-pattern, 'Infanterie'-related NCO-shoulderstrap-pairs I had on offer for quite some time!
