Attractive - albeit truly used! - WH (Heeres) 'standard-pattern', field-grey-toned- and aluminium-based belt-buckle being a non-maker-marked example that comes mounted onto its 'Gebr. Kugel & Fink'-marked and/or '1936'-dated tab
This an attractive - albeit moderately ie. clearly worn and actually not that easily encountered! - example of a WH (Heeres) 'standard-pattern', field-grey-toned- and/or aluminium-based belt-buckle (ie. 'Koppelschloss für Unteroffiziere u. Mannschaften des Heeres') being a non-maker-marked example that comes mounted onto its (neatly!) marked leather-based tab (that shows the clearly stamped makers'-designation: 'Gebr. Kugel & Fink - Lüdenscheid' and/or date-designation: 1936) and that comes as recently found and/or stored for decades. The buckle retains some of its (typical) field-grey- (ie. olive-green-) coloured sprayed surface (just some regular paint-loss is noticable something that is more often encountered). The piece shows an impressed (oval-shaped and impressed) stamp on the leather-based tab (as can be seen on the pictures). The stamp shows the producing-company (ie. 'Gebr. Kugel & Fink - Lüdenscheid') and the year of production '1936' (as can be seen on the pictures). The buckle - which itself is void of a makers'-designation - came mounted onto its used but still souple - and of course still functional - brownish-coloured and genuine leather-based 'tab' that comes a bit loose (as can be seen on the pictures). Of additional interest is, moreover, the fact that the tab shows some engraved initials or alike (as can be noticed on the pictures). I deem that I have priced this attractive - and with certainty not that ofen seen! - WH (Heeres) belt-buckle, accordingly!
