This is a neat example of a WH (Kriegsmarine) ie. 'Küsten-Artillerie'-related breast-eagle (ie. 'Brustadler für Mannschaften u. Uffz. der Küsten-Artillerie-Truppen') being a 'standard-pattern-example as executed in the 'BeVo'-weave-pattern on a field-grey-coloured background and that comes in a very nice- (ie. 'virtually mint- ie. unissued'-), condition. The piece - which is of the pattern that was worn on the various field-grey-coloured tunics throughout the second world war - come in a 'virtually mint- ie. unissued' condition and comes 'as straightly cut-off the role'. It is nicely woven in golden-yellow-toned linnen and is executed on a typical, field-grey-coloured- (and also linnen-based-) background. The piece just shows some minor age and/or staining simply caused by years of storage only: I deem that it has been glued into an album or scrapbook once and does show some minimal storage-age only.
