Zinc-based, WH (LW) ie. 'Flieger'-related ID-disc, bearing the clearly stamped- and/or: 'coded'-unit- ie. 'MOB'-designation that reads: '63642' (and as such belonging to a soldier who served within the: '10./Kampf-Geschwader 27' - “Boelcke”)

This is an attractive - and actually scarcely encountered! - example of a greyish-coloured- and/or typical zinc-based WH (Luftwaffe-) ie. 'Flieger'-related ID-disc (ie. 'Erkennungsmarke') that is bearing the clearly stamped- (and/or: 'coded') unit-designation (aka: 'MOB-liste-Nummerierung') that simply reads: '63642' (and as such belonging to a soldier (ie. NCO ie. officer-) who served within the: 10th company of the: 'Kampf-Geschwader 27' (aka: 'Geschwader Boelcke'). The disc comes in an overall very nice (albeit clearly used ie. worn-), condition (and is executed in an attractive letter-type!) and shows the clear evidence of having been used ie. worn (see pictures). The disc is totally void of an impressed bearers'-blood-group-type something that is more often seen on these 'coded' ID-discs and also shows a clearly stamped bearers-numeral that reads: '649'. The disc originates from a private-household in Germany where it was recently uncovered. Simply a very attractive and honest 'coded' WH (Luftwaffe-) ie. 'Flieger'-related ID-disc that belonged to a member of a specific (and famous!) 'Kampf-Geschwader' numbered: '27' (aka: 'Geschwader Boelcke') and that is priced according to its comparative rarity and/or desirability!
