The attractive - and fairly early-period- and with certainty scarcely encountered! - day-badge (ie. 'tinnie' or: 'Veranstaltungsabzeichen') is executed in silverish-grey-toned 'pot-metal' ie. tin: it shows some normal wear and/or moderate age but has never been cleaned nor polished (it is just a tiny bit dirty but has maintained a nice and minimally tarnished age-patina). The badge has lost, however, its pin- ie. pin/catch-set-up (but was worn as a 'sew-on'-piece something that can be corroborated by the presence of three tiny holes) and shows some minimal age ie. staining (as can be seen on the pictures). The 'tinnie' is still quite detailed and pronounced (as can be seen on the pictures). The shield-shaped piece - which is totally void of a makers'-designation - shows a stylised tree and large character HJ (and 'HJ-Raute') coupled with the text: '1. Oberbannaufmarsch Hagen - 24.6.1934 - Oberbann Sauerland': next to this it also shows the HJ-motto: 'Blut und Ehre' on its sides and top (as can be noticed on the pictures). Simply an attractive example of this most certainly desirable and fairly early-period (regional -issued!) HJ-related so-called: 'Veranstaltungsabzeichen' that is I deem priced according to its missing pin-set-up!
