Attractive - and actually scarcely encountered! - so-called: BDM/JM 'leaders-lanyard' (ie. 'Führerinnenschnur') as was intended for usage by a: 'Mädelscharführerin u./o. Jungmädelscharführerin'

These neat coloured lanyards were employed as an indication of both grade- and/or function and saw usage within the BDM/JM (ie. 'Bund Deutscher Mädel' or: 'Jungmädel'). The neat darker-green-coloured (ie. 'grün-geflochtenes'-) coloured example on offer here was as such intended to signify the (unusally seen!) female youth rank- ie. function of: 'Mädelscharführerin u./o. Jungmädelscharführerin'. The neat lanyard - which measures (doubled) approximately 52 cms. from top to end - is void of any wear nor heavy usage: it was just moderately worn ie. used and was kept as such for decades (as can be seen on the pictures). Simply an attractive, youth-related female 'leaders-lanyard' (ie. 'Führerinnenschnur') that will be hard to be upgraded!
