The attractive and truly worn piece is nicely woven (ie. is executed in the 'Bevo'-weave style) and is unusually executed in white-coloured thread (and not in silver-toned thread as more often seen!) on a darker-green-coloured- and/or linnen-based background. The piece was with certainty used as such and was carefully cap-removed: it was nicely pre-folded- and/or trimmed and still shows some of its thread- and/or stitching-remains with which it was once cap-attached (as can be seen on the pictures). The piece can naturally ideally serve as a spare-part and will fit nicely on any 'alter-Art Schirmmütze'. It should be noted that these 'BeVo'-woven cap-cocardes can easily be graded 'scarce'. I deem that I have priced this neat piece according to its truly used- and cap-removed condition!
