Attractive - and truly nicely hand-embroidered! - WH (Heeres) EM- (ie. NCO- or even officers'-) type visor-cap (ie. 'Schirmmützen') insignia-set comprising of a detailed cap-eagle and/or matching cocarde

This is a very attractive - truly nicely hand-embroidered and actually not that easily found! - WH (Heeres) EM- (ie. NCO- or even officers'-) type visor-cap (ie. 'Schirmmützen') insignia-set (ie. 'Effektensatz für Schirmmützen des Heeres') comprising of a (detailed!) visor-cap eagle and dito cocarde being both attractive examples that are executed in bright-silver-toned braid on a darker-green- and woolen-based background and that come both in a (I deem) minimally used- (ie. presumably once cap-attached-), condition). These attractive cap-sets were worn on the various visor-caps (ie. 'Schirmmützen') as used by the 'Deutsche Wehrmacht' throughout the war. The set comprises of a detailed cap-eagle which has an approximate 'wingspan' of 7,5 cms. The eagle retains all its three (aluminium-based and functional) prongs and is executed in (shiny) silver-toned braid showing some high-lighted areas as executed in beige-toned thread. The multi-piece-constructed cap-cocarde (that is void of any makers'-designation) is also nicely executed and shows an additionally attached 'inner-cocarde' (as can be seen on the pictures). Simply a very nice - and not that often encountered! - WH (Heeres) EM- (ie. NCO- or even officers'-) type visor-cap (ie. 'Schirmmützen') insignia-set (ie. 'Effektensatz für Schirmmützen des Heeres') that will be very hard to be upgraded and that is accordingly priced!
