This is an attractive - albeit regrettably single! - mid- (ie. later-war-) period, WH (Heeres) typical steel-based (ie. magnetic) skull-device (ie. 'Totenkopf für Panzer-Kragenspiegel') being of the 'two-pronged'-pattern as was intended for usage on (amongst others) the black woolen-based 'Panzer'-collar-tabs ('Kragenspiegel') and that comes in an overall very nice- (ie. I deem once mounted- ie. moderatelty used- and/or worn-), condition. The skull has both its (also steel-based) prongs firmly in place: as such, it can excellenty be used to complete a 'Kragenspiegel'. The skull was never cleaned nor polished and does show some minimal age and/or (rust)staining (as can be seen on the pictures). Simply a nice occasion to acquire an original, mid- (ie. later-war-) period, 'two-pronged'-pattern 'Panzer'-skull for a justified price!
