Three-pieced ribbon-bar (ie. 'Band- o. Feldspange') depicting respectively the ribbons an: 'Eisernes Kreuz II. Klasse' (or: iron cross second class), a: WH (Heeres) 'DA-4. Stufe' and a: Austrian 'Anschluss'-medal: '1 März 1938'

The attractive - and actually in this 'Austrian'-styled pattern scarcely encountered! - three-pieced, WWII- (ie. Third Reich-) period ribbon-bar (ie. 'Band- o. Feldspange') is respectively showing the ribbons of a: WWII-period: 'Eisernes Kreuz II. Klasse' (or: iron cross 2nd class), a: WH (Heeres or Kriegsmarine) so-called: 'Dienstauszeichnung für 4 Jahre Treue Dienste' (or: WH loyal-service medal for 4 years of loyal service) and a: Austrian 'Anschluss'-medal (which medal was awarded to all members of the armed forces that participated in the German occupation of Austria, which started on 1 March 1938) and that comes in an overalll nicely preserved- and just moderately used- and/or worn, condition. All three ribbons are of the regular ribbon-bar-size and measure approximately 1,5 cms. each as more often encountered (the 'Bandspange' has a total length of approximately 4,5 cms. and is folded/compiled in a so-called: 'Austrian manner' (as can be seen on the pictures). The 'Spange' retains its functional pin-/catch-attachment and comes in a nice condition overall and is of course fully functional: it is nicely 'backed' with a piece of field-grey-coloured wool (as can be seen on the pictures). Simply an attractive 3-pieced, WWII- (ie. Third Reich-) period 'Band-/Feldspange' having a not that often seen combination: great to decorate almost any tunic!
