Superb example of a WH (Heeres) cuff-title ie. armband (ie. 'Ärmelstreifen') entitled: 'Grossdeutschland' (being a neatly machine-embroidered example of the final pattern that was specifically intended for EM- ie. NCO-usage)

This is a truly very attractive - presumably issued but never worn and actually not that often seen! - full-length example of a WH (Heeres) cuff-title ie. armband (ie. 'Ärmelstreifen') entitled: 'Grossdeutschland' being a neatly machine-embroidered example (of I deem the final pattern that was used from 1944 onwards) that was specifically intended for enlisted-mens'- (ie. NCO-) usage (ie. 'Ärmelstreifen für Mannschaften u. Unteroffiziere') and that comes in an overall very nice- (I deem most certainly issued- albeit never worn- nor tunic-attached-), condition. The cuff-title measures approximately 43 cms. in length and comes as recently found in a German private household. Both ends are period-fortified with (white-coloured) stitching, something that is more often found (as can be noticed on the pictures). The cuff-title - which does show some minimal (storage)age and/or staining only - is executed in the neat (ie. truly 'smooth-type'!) black-coloured wool and shows the machine-embroidered (ie. 'Schreibschrift'-styled) text: 'Grossdeutschland' as executed in greyish-white-coloured linnen as is more often encountered: as such does it deal with a typical EM/NCO-type example of the final-pattern that was intended for non-commisioned-staff ie. being an: 'Ausführung für Mannschaften u. Unteroffiziere'. Simply a very attractive and naturally genuine, period example that is impossibly to be upgraded and that is accordingly priced!
