his is an attractive - and fully matching! - pair of WH (Heeres) early- (ie. mid-) war-period, so-called: 'M40-/M43'-pattern, NCO-type shoulderstraps having the neat bright-yellow- (ie. 'zitronengelber'-) coloured branchcolour as was intended for - and clearly worn by! - a: 'Feldwebel u. Offiziers-Anwärter eines Heeres Nachrichten-Abteilungs' (or: sergeant and officers'-candidate who served within an army-signals unit) and that comes in an overall very nice- (albeit moderately used ie. worn-), condition. The shoulderstraps - which measure approximately 11,8 cms. in length each - have the 'standard-type'- and/or field-grey-coloured, woolen-based 'upperdecks'. The straps - which have the bright-yellow- (ie. 'zitronengelber'-) coloured- and/or desirable 'silk-like'-type piping attached - show the ('standard-issue'-pattern, silverish-grey-coloured ie. somewhat 'sub-dued') NCO-braid attached and do show a matching pair of (regular-sized, aluminium-based) pips period-attached and do show a 'double-sized' slip-on (ie. 'Lasche') period-attached denoting that the NCO who wore this pair was an: 'Offiziers-Anwärter' ie. officers'-candidate (as can be seen on the pictures). The straps - which came mounted onto their functional tongues - shows as stated above some moderate usage and/or wear (some minor staining and/or dust is visible and/or present). Simply an attractive and/or: mid-war-period, 'Heeres'-related NCO-type shoulderstrap-pair that was intended for usage by a: 'Feldwebel u. Offiziers-Anwärter eines Heeres Nachrichten-Abteilungs'!
