This is an attractive - and scarcely encountered! - neatly silverish-grey-toned cap-badge (ie. 'Hutabzeichen') as was specifically intended for usage by a female member who served within the: 'Reichsarbeitsdienst der weiblichen Jugend' (or RADwJ) and that comes in an overall very nice- (albeit clearly used ie. worn-), condition. The badge - which has an approximate height of 4 cms. - shows a swastika-sign with below two corn-leaves as to be expected. The piece - which is executed in (I deem) zinc- (ie. 'Feinzink'-) based metal is a tiny bit dirty but was most certainly never cleaned ie. polished. The cap-badge comes mounted onto both its (still functional) prongs and shows some regular wear and age but has no damage whatsoever. Simply a nice and decorative, female-related 'RADwJ Hutabzeichen' that is not that often seen and that is with certainty accordingly priced!
