The attractive cross-shaped (and truly early-period!) badge (ie. 'tinnie' or: 'Veranstaltungsabzeichen') is executed in golden-bronze coloured- (and I deem typical zinc-based-) material and depicts a detailed eagle-device and figure (ie. 'Der Alte Dessauer') and is showing the text that simply reads: 'Mitteldeutsches N.S.Treffen - Dessau - 2. u. 3. 7. 1932'. The detailed cross-shaped badge - that shows some normal wear and/or moderate age - has an approximate height of 4,5 cms. and comes naturally mounted on its functional pin- (ie. pin-catch-) set-up and has never been cleaned nor polished: it shows some minimal staining (as can be seen on the pictures) but is still very detailed and/or pronounced. The 'tinnie' retains most of its (minimally tarnished) finish (as can be seen on the pictures). It should be noted that all 'N.S.D.A.P.-related tinnies that were intended to commemorate an event at regional- (ie. 'Kreis'-) level saw much more limited usage and can easily be graded 'fairly scarce' even more so when they are from the fairly early date '1932' (such as the piece on offer here). Simply a neat - and unusually seen! - N.S.D.A.P.-related so-called: 'Tagungs- o. Veranstaltungsabzeichen' that is offered for a justified price!
