Interesting - and never before encountered! - neatly enamelled, commemorative membership lapel-pin as was intended for long-year membership within the: 'Schwäbischer Albverein' and that comes stored in its (period) circular-shaped etui (ie. box)

This is an interesting - and never before encountered! - neatly enamelled and multicoloured, commemorative membership lapel-pin as was specifically intended for long-year membership within the: 'Schwäbischer Albverein' and that comes stored in its (period) silver-toned, circular-shaped etui (ie. box) as issued and/or recently found. The piece was found amongst various 'Gebirgsjäger'- (ie. mountain-troops-) related insignia ansd shows the superimposed text that reads: 'für treue Mitgliedschaft in einem Vierteljahrhundert' on its back (as can be noticed on the pictures). The piece is totally void of any (enamel) damage and comes in an overall very nicely preserved condition. I deem that I have priced this interesting 'Mitgliedsabzeichend des Schwäbischer Albvereins' accordingly!
