This is a very attractive - regrettably single but with certainty very rarely encountered! - white-piped, so-called: 'Reiter-HJ' (ie. 'HJ-Streifendienst') ('Hitlerjugend') shoulderstrap as was specifically intended for usage by a: 'HJ-Kameradschaftsführer' who was attached to the: 'Bann 674' (being the: 'Bann Malmedy') and that comes in an overall very nice- (albeit moderately used- ie. worn- and/or carefully tunic-removed-), condition. The strap - which is executed in black-coloured linnen having the white-embroidered '674'-numerals and white-coloured- (and typical rayon-like) piping attached - comes mounted onto its period-attached tongue as found (as can be seen on the pictures). The piece still shows (the remains) of its (loose) paper-based 'RzM'-etiket (something that is not always encountered). The strap shows some normal age and wear and measures approximately 11 cms. in length as usually encountered. The strap shows a single (silver-coloured and/or aluminium-based) pip attached, denoting the rank of: 'HJ-Kameradschaftsführer'. Simply an attractive - and most certainly rarely encountered! - youth-related 'Reiter-HJ'- (ie. 'HJ-Streifendienst'-) shoulderstrap that might need further investigative work and that is priced according to its unmistaken rarity and/or desirability!
