This is an attractive - and fully matching! - pair of WH (Luftwaffe) officers'-type shoulderboards (ie. 'Schulterstücke für Offiziere') as piped in the golden-yellow- (ie. somewhat orange-yellow) coloured branchcolour and executed in smooth-type- ie. 'moleskin'-type wool as was specifically intended for usage by a: 'Leutnant der Flieger- o. Fallschirmjäger-Truppen' (or: lieutnant who served within the pilot- or paratrooper-branch) and that comes in an overall very nice- (ie. just moderately used- ie. carefully tunic-removed-), condition. The boards measure approx. 11 cms. in length as more often and show the silver-toned (and quite shiny!) 'upperdecks' as to be expected for a LW-pair. The pair never had any pips nor 'cyphers' attached and comes mounted onto its (typical) smaller-sized tongues (as can be seen on the pictures). This pair originated from a private-household in Germany where it was found together with the pair of (never worn) collar-patches I offer under number: #58532: both items came from the same officer who stored these items for decades. Simply a nice occasion to acquire an attractive - and just moderately used! - pair of LW officers'-type shoulderboards for a justified price!
