Superb - and truly scarcely encountered! - 'Spanienkreuz mit Schwerten in Bronze' being a clearly maker- (ie. 'L/15'-) marked example that was produced by the desirable maker (ie. 'Hersteller') 'Otto Schickle' and that comes as recently found

This is a very attractive - and with certainty desirable and scarcely encountered! - so-called: 'Spanienkreuz mit Schwerten in Bronze' (or: Spanish cross in bronze with swords) being a clearly maker- (ie. 'L/15'-) marked, vaulted and high-quality-produced(!) example that was produced by the desirable maker (ie. 'Hersteller') 'Otto Schickle' as based in in the town of Pforzheim and that comes in an overall very nice- (albeit moderately used- and/or worn-), condition. The very attractive and truly detailed award - which comes naturally mounted onto its functional (silver-coloured- and typical 'flute-shaped'-) pin and/or (also typical) catch (-set-up) - is a highly-detailed, golden-bronze-coloured- and/or pronounced (and 'Buntmetall'- ie. Tombak-based-) specimen (as can be seen on the pictures). The award truly retains most of its golden-bronze-toned (ie. somewhat tarnished) finish and was (I deem) only moderately worn (the piece was most certainly never recently cleaned nor polished). Of interest is, moreover, that the four tiny (and very detailed!) eagle-devices are separately inserted into the cross (as to be expected). I have seen similar examples sell for much more than my asking-price. Simply a very attractive example of this scarcely encountered and/or very decorative Spanish Civil War-related award: I deem that I have priced it according to its unmistaken desirability and comparative scarcity!
