This is a very attractive - regrettably single but nevertheless scarcely found! - neatly 'cyphered', WH (Heeres) early- (ie. pre-war-) period- (ie. 'M36'- ie. 'M40'-pattern and/or: rounded-styled) NCO-type shoulderstrap (ie. 'Schulterstück für Unteroffiziere des Heeres') as was piped in the desirable darker-blue- (ie. 'blauer'-) coloured branchcolour as was specifically intended for usage by an: 'Unteroffizier des Sanitäts-Abteilungs 37' (or: junior-sergeant ie. medical-orderly who served within the medical unit, numbered: '37') and that comes in an overall nice- (ie. moderately used- and most certainly worn- and/or carefully tunic-removed- ie. 'cut-off'-), condition. The neat strap - which has the 'standard'-pattern, darker-green-coloured and/or 'smooth woolen'-based 'upperdeck' and that measures approximately 11,5 cms. in length - shows the neat darker-blue- (ie. 'blauer'-) coloured and/or woolen-type piping attached (as can be seen on the pictures). The strap - that shows the typical silverish-grey-toned NCO-braid attached - comes without tongue and was most certainly intended as a strap of the 'sew-in'-pattern. The strap shows the neat (machine-embroidered by means of so-called: 'Kurbelstickerei') '3'- and/or: '7'-numerals (ie. 'Ziffern') which are both executed in the darker-blue- (ie. 'blauer'-) coloured wool ie. linnen and that are additionally piped in light-blue as to be expected). The strap only shows moderate wear and/or age and is just very nicely preserved (as can be seen on the pictures). I deem this an excellent occasion to acquire a neat - and most certainly desirable! - neatly 'cyphered', NCO-type, 'Sanitäts'-related shoulderstrap for a justified price!
