Superb - and fully matching! - pair of early- (ie. pre-) war-period- ie. 'M36'/'M40'-pattern, WH (Heeres), EM-type shoulderstraps as were intended for a: 'Soldat eines Kavallerie- o. This is a very attractive - and as such actually scarcely encountered! - fully matching (and I deem) early-ie. pre-war-period- ie. 'M36'- (ie. M40-) pattern (rounded-style) and with certainty standard-issued- (ie. non privately-purchased!) pair of WH (Heeres) ie. 'Kavallerie'-related, enlisted-mens'-type shoulderstraps as piped in the neat golden-yellow- (ie. 'goldgelbener'-) coloured branchcolour as were intended for usage by a: 'Soldat eines Aufklärungs-Abteilungs' (or simple soldier who served within a cavalry-related, reconnaissance unit ie. regiment) and that comes in an overall very nice- (albeit just minimally used- and/or worn-), condition. The neat shoulderstraps - which each measure approximately 10,8 cms. in length - come naturally mounted onto their original tongues (as can be seen on the pictures). The pair was (I deem) hardly used and comes as found and/or stored for decades: it is just minimally stained and shows the obvious signs of having been stored for decades. Simply a very attractive pair of early- (ie. pre-) war-period so-called: 'M36-/M40-pattern'-shoulderstraps as was intended for usage by a: 'Soldat eines Kavallerie- o. Aufklärungs-Abteilungs': maybe the nicest such pair I ever had on offer!
