This is an attractive - albeit regrettably single but nevertheless scarcely encountered! - WH (Heeres), (I deem) early- ie. mid-war-period, enlisted-mens'-type shoulderstrap as piped in the desirable, bright-pink- (ie. 'rosaroter'-) coloured branchcolour (as was specifically produced for and used on the black-coloured 'wrap-around'-tunics) as was intended for usage by a: 'Soldat der Panzer-Truppen' (or: simple soldier ie. tank-crew-member) and that comes in an overall nice- (albeit moderately used ie. worn-), condition. The neat ('standard-issued'- ie. most certainly non-privately-purchased) strap - which has the 'standard'-pattern, black-coloured- and/or: woolen-based 'upperdeck' - measures 11 cms. in length and shows the desirable, bright-pink- (ie. 'rosaroter'-) coloured- and/or: 'silk-like'-type piping, attached (as can be seen on the pictures). The strap - which is in all facets a 'standard-issue'-pattern specimen - comes naturally mounted onto its functional tongue and just shows some moderate wear, age and/or staining: it does show a single, tiny moth-hole (as can be seen on the pictures). Simply a neat - and actually scarcely found! - enlisted-mens'-type PZ-shoulderstrap that was worn - and clearly used by! - a: 'Soldat der Panzer-Truppen': too bad that it is only a single specimen!
