The neat - and fully matching! - WH (Luftwaffe) collar-patch-pair (ie. 'Kragenspiegelsatz') is executed in the typical, golden-yellow- (ie. 'goldgelbener'-) coloured- and/or truly 'smooth'- (ie. 'felt-like'-type-) wool (as can be seen on the pictures). The patches were with certainty issued but and minimally used- ie. once tunic-attached: some minimal stitching-remains are still present and/or visible (as can be seen on the pictures). Both tabs show a single (identical- and/or zinc- ie. 'Feinzink'-based-) silver-greyish-coloured gull (ie. wing) period-attached and are both nicely 'backed' with the beige-coloured- (and/or 'buckram'-based-) material as more often encountered. This attractive 'Kragenspiegel'-pair was recently found at a private-household in Germany and was never before in collectors'-hands. It should furthermore be noted that these genuine, 'Flieger o. Fallschirmjäger'-related LW-collar-tabs are nowadays not that easily encountered!
