Neat - and scarcely encountered! - specific 'tropical-issued', so-called: WH 'A-frame'-strap (ie. 'Riemen zum Gefechts- o. Sturmgepäck o. A-Rahmen') being a non-maker-marked example as was executed in greenish-beige- (ie. tan-) coloured linnen

This is an attractive - and fairly scarcely encountered! - specific 'tropical-issued', WH (Heeres, Luftwaffe, Waffen-SS etc.) so-called: 'A-frame'-strap (or: 'Riemen zum Gefechts- o. Sturmgepäck o. A-Rahmen') as was executed in greenish-beige- (ie. tan-) coloured linnen and being a non-maker-marked example that comes in an overall very nice- (ie. issued and - I deem - just moderately used- ie. worn-), condition. These specific 'A-frame'-straps (or: 'Riemen zum Gefechtsgepäck') - having two (or sometimes three) typical 'loops' attached - were specifically used to attach the mess-tin (or: 'Kochgeschirr') in a horizontal manner onto the 'A-frame' (or 'Sturmgepäck'). This example has two (period) attached loops and measures approximately 64 cms. long. It is void of any marking nor date (as is more often the case) and comes in an overall nice ie. as stated above - moderately used condition. The piece is of course souple and/or fully functional and is just a bit dusty caused by decades of storage and/or minimal wear. The metal roller-buckle still retains most of its original (greyish-coloured- ie. anodized) finish whereas the metal-based end-piece shows the designation: 'Lux' (as more often seen). It should be noted that this example is a 100% genuine WWII-period piece and is not a copy or alike. Simply a nice occasion to acquire a truly scarcely seen piece of WH-equipment that is often missing in a 'Gefechts-/Sturmgepäck o. A-Rahmen'-set-up!
