This is a truly very attractive - and naturally 100% original! - later-war- (ie. 1943-) pattern, typical field-grey-coloured, WH (Heeres) 'M43'-field-cap (ie. 'Einheitsfeldmütze') being a non-maker-marked example that shows a (period-attached!) trapezoid-shaped eagle-device (ie. 'Mützentrapez') in place being a truly issued- (ie. just minimally used- and/or worn-), example. The cap - which is of a fair size and measures 58 cms. (something that is also clearly ink-stamped in its lid as can be noticed on the pictures) - shows some minimal age, wear and/or staining. The cap has a typical greyish-coloured- ('artificial silk' ie. linnen-based-) lining installed and retains both its field-grey-coloured- (and metal-based) cap-buttons period-attached. The (field-grey-coloured) trapezoid-shaped- and 'BeVo'-woven cap-badge (aka 'cap-trapezoid' ie. 'Mützentrapez') has been (period!) cap-attached by means of machine-stitching (as can be seen on the pictures): this was carefully done BEFORE the cap was totally assembled. This 'Einheitsfeldmütze' is a 100% text-book - and as stated above - original example that originates from an older collection. The piece shows some truly minimal staining and age but is totally void of any damage: it does, however, show some age and/or staining but retains all of its woolen 'nap' (as can be seen on the pictures). A lot of these caps that are offered on todays'-market are regrettably copies: this example is naturally a 100% genuine example (something that is backed -up with a life-time garuantee as always). Simply a great opportunity to acquire a very attractive - and nowadays rarely encountered! - 'M43'-model, WH (Heeres) field-cap (ie. 'Einheitsfeldmütze'): the best such example I ever had on offer!
